Hi everyone!
The latest edition of the A Mile with Me podcast is about Freedom of the Soul, running in the countryside. I speak with Christopher Napier Vice Chairman of the CPRE, the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England, an organisation founded in 1926 dedicated to protecting the countryside as a place of tranquility. On the other side of the Atlantic I talk to Sarah-Cedar Miller, the official historian of Central Park, New York City about the history of the park which was 150 years old on 28th April 2008. We also discuss how you can help the park and get an entry into the NYC marathon and the NYC Half sponsored by Nike. You can also hear me out on my running travels over the past few weeks.
The next A Mile with Me – “Running the Jurassic Coast” is out early next week, so dont forget to subscribe in itunes and get all future editions delivered to you automatically!
