Phil Moneypenny has put together a web site for runners to post their running videos! Its called Runcast TV and can be found at : www.runcast.tv
The site is access by invitation-only at the moment, but if you send Phil (runcasttv@googlemail.com) an email (and tell him Nigel sent you), I’m sure you’ll be able to get an account and check out some of the video’s. There are some very familiar names over there!
