James is a 49 year old runner who has decided to give podcasting a shot to see who would be interested in hearing him talk about running. He has been a previous contributor to the Extra Mile podcast.
He has posted his first epsiode where he is chatting about his running history and current training plan as he does his Sunday run. He also reveals why his podcast is called ‘earlymorningcruzin’: he gets up at 3:10 am to run!
