As I write, the show is already up to its 7th episode as the show presenter, Marc, has been producing shows on a very consistent basis since he started back in November last year.

Marc describes the podcast as : “…an extension of my blog which covers my training and races. This includes marathons, half marathons, dualthons and triathlons. In essences it will follow the spirit of a audio journal.”

You can check the show out at the podcast web site, subscribe with iTunes,or (as always) on our running podcast directory.

I’m not sure exactly how long Chris has been churning his fantastic show out, but I’m guessing it got to be in the 4 to 5 year time-frame. I’d like to congratulate Chris on this fantastic achievement and thank him on behalf of the listening running community for his witty, insightful and informative show.

If you haven’t checked out the RunRunLive podcast yet, I strongly encourage you to get along and subscribe. You’ll hear a show that is packed with great interviews, great information and a sprinkling of highly amusing running-related content.

Thanks Chris – it takes a lot of time & committment to produce a show of this quality. We really do appreciate it.
