WWFoR Registration Now Open!

Well, the headline says it all really…

Registration for the 2010 World Wide Festival of Races is now open. As usual, the event is totally free and will be YOUR opportunity to take part in this annual global running event.

This year the event will be held on the weekend of October 9/10, and promises to be the biggest and best event to date. Check out the WWFoR web site to find out where your online running buddies will be running.

Hear Zen Run

Yes, he’s back with ANOTHER new podcast! Join the Zen Runner in his latest podcasting incarnation, as he trains for his first ever marathon.

In his latest podcast series, you can hear Adam’s progess as he trains for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 31, 2010.

He’ll be training using the Galloway Run/Walk method, so it will be interesting to see how his training develops, and how he fares in October.
