Podcast Details : The website, blog and podcast covers the training that I will be taking to run more than a marathon.
This year I am training for the Comrades marathon, a race of almost 90ks, 2 and a bit marathons with an 85 year history. My dad, who passed away last year, ran this race twice. I am hoping to run this race in part as a memory for when I seconded my dad at this race back in 1977.
